Yes. There's no evidence that swimming in a properly chlorinated pool is a safety concern during pregnancy. Most pools use chlorine to kill bacteria that can be hazardous to humans.

So you run more of a risk by swimming in an unchlorinated pool, since you could pick up an infection that could be harmful to your pregnancy.
