Your uterus has grown to the extent that your healthcare provider can now feel the top of it (the fundus) low in your abdomen, above your pubic bone.

Make a baby budget
Sit down with your partner to discuss how you'll handle all the new expenses – baby clothes, food, diapers, toys, and baby gear can add up fast. Brainstorm where you can trim your budget to make room for your baby's needs.
Stay (or get) active
Exercise helps you develop the strength and endurance you'll need to manage the extra weight you'll be carrying. It may help prevent some of the aches and pains of pregnancy, and it's a great stress reducer.
Drinking enough fluids helps prevent common problems in pregnancy such as hemorrhoids, constipation, and bladder infections.
