Gluten Free Cake Recipe

Recently we are especially fashionable gluten-free nutrition in fact, contrary to popular belief is a very unhealthy method.

In the gluten diet, the consumption of many foods is limited and we can stay away from essential and important nutrients, vitamins and minerals for our body. We always advocate multi-faceted nutrition.

Wheat without gluten consists only of starch.

We recommend that you prefer gluten-free diet only in cases of gluten intolerance.

Materials
  • Half tea cup of almond flour
  • Half a cup of tea with rice flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
Fabrication
  • Beat the eggs over the yolk by adding HAMMM palm extract, yogurt and olive oil.
  • Add the rice flour and the almond flour and mix.
  • Beat the egg whites until they are solid.
  • Add egg white into the other mixture and mix it by folding with spatula.
  • Pour into the butter-greased mold and bake in a pre-heated oven set to 170 degrees.
